Valorile tipice care sunt declarate sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>consum la 100% din puterea maxima<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consum la 75% din puterea maxima<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consum la 50% din puterea maxim\u0103 (valoare nu \u00eentotdeauna declarat\u0103)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consum la 25% din puterea maxim\u0103 (aceast\u0103 valoare este declarat\u0103 \u0219i mai rar).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metoda de estimare a consumului cu \u201ecoeficientul mediu\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La valorile de putere intermediare \u00eentre 50% \u0219i 75% \u0219i \u00eentre 75% \u0219i 100%, pentru valorile de putere care nu sunt declarate \u00een fi\u0219a tehnic\u0103, de unde \u0219tim c\u00e2t consum\u0103?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne putem mul\u021bumi cu o estimare, presupun\u00e2nd c\u0103 rela\u021bia dintre putere \u0219i consum este liniar\u0103 \u00eentre 50% \u0219i 75% sau \u00eentre 75% \u0219i 100%. Un alt coeficient poate fi calculat pentru intervalul 50% \u2013 75% \u0219i a\u0219a mai departe, c\u00e2nd sunt furnizate \u0219i datele de 25%. Coeficientul mediu 1 trebuie utilizat pentru puteri cuprinse \u00eentre 75% \u0219i 100% din puterea maxim\u0103, iar coeficientul mediu 2 trebuie utilizat pentru puteri \u00eentre 50% \u0219i 75% din puterea maxim\u0103. Ar trebui folosit coeficientul mediu de 3 \u00een \u201einterval\u201d \u00eentre 25% \u0219i 50%, dar pu\u021bini produc\u0103tori declar\u0103 consum la 25% din puterea maxim\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calculul care trebuie efectuat este:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consum \u00een Lt\/h = Coeficient mediu (exprimat \u00een (lt\/h) \/ kW) * Consum mediu client (exprimat \u00een kW)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe aceast\u0103 pagin\u0103 ve\u021bi g\u0103si, pentru fiecare gam\u0103 de putere, tabelul de consum pentru unele modele din catalogul nostru \u0219i un instrument interesant care realizeaz\u0103 automat acest calcul: trebuie doar s\u0103 introduce\u021bi modelul \u0219i puterea absorbit\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumul generatoarelor diesel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Citind datele din urm\u0103toarele tabele referitoare la generatoarele diesel, putem trage c\u00e2teva considera\u021bii importante asupra consumului generatoarelor diesel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pentru acela\u0219i generator, coeficientul raportului dintre consumul \u00een lt\/h \u0219i kW al sarcinii r\u0103m\u00e2ne destul de constant \u00een procentele de putere 50% \u2013 75% \u2013 100% din puterea PRP. Prin urmare, se confirm\u0103 ipoteza c\u0103 \u00een aceste benzi de putere rela\u021bia dintre consumul \u00een lt\/h \u0219i kW consuma\u021bi a fost destul de liniar\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in functie de model, coeficientul (lt\/h)\/kW variaza intre 0,27 si 0,35, prin urmare odata cunoscuti kW consumati, consumul variaza intre:<ul><li>Maxim 0,35 lt\/h pentru fiecare kW (in practica consumul se obtine impartind kW consumati la un factor de 1\/0,35=2,85)<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un minim de 0,27 lt\/h pentru fiecare kW (in practica consumul orar se obtine impartind kW consumati la un factor de 1\/0,27=3,7)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>se confirm\u0103 \u015fi ipoteza c\u0103 consumul depinde mult mai mult de sarcin\u0103 dec\u00e2t de puterea maxim\u0103 a generatorului. S\u0103 lu\u0103m dou\u0103 exemple:<ul><li>Sa luam de exemplu un consum de 48kW si ne gandim sa il obtinem cu un generator CGM 60F la 100% din puterea PRP si cu un CGM 120F la 50% din puterea PRP. In primul caz consumul declarat este de 13,7 lt\/h, in al doilea caz este de 14,4 lt\/h, cu o diferenta de doar 0,7 lt\/h in plus in cazul folosirii generatorului mai mare.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u0103 lu\u0103m \u00een schimb un consum de 24kW, care poate fi realizat cu un CGM 30F la 100% din puterea lui PRP sau cu un CGM 60F la 50% din puterea lui PRP.
